We've built our own infrastructure very carefully over the last 4 years, and this has enabled us to get everything just how we want it.
Vorboss is based in London, Manchester and Exeter, meaning that we have great flexibility in how your hosted services are provided.
Because we make sure every contract is properly matched to the client's requirements, and because we have very advanced management systems, our virtual and dedicated server quotations are usually 20% cheaper than Rackspace.
We help our clients save money by reducing the wastage or unused capacity in their service contracts. We'd rather sell you a service that's exactly the right size, and then focus on simply growing it as you need more capacity. It just makes more sense, and we know that this straight forward, honest approach is why our clients stay with us.
We pride ourselves in being a technical resource for our clients, not just running their servers and infrastructure, but always being available to discuss their technical requirements and explain how Vorboss can help.
We're always innovating, always developing and always improving.
Our Client Control Panel is an excellent example of how we're continually improving our service. Because our Control Panel software is maintained completely in-house, we are able to update it at least once a month.
This means that when our clients suggest new features or functionality, we listen to them, add them to our list and then get them built.
The same applies to new services. When our clients tell us about their new requirements, we listen. Then we talk to a few other clients, and look at developing new services.
We know that the way we respond to problems says more about us than anything else we do. We're extremely proud of the way that we respond, track and resolve support issues.
It's not just something we say. We really do respond to the majority of issues within 3 minutes.
